Rider’s Profile: Lizzie McGuire (& her downloadable Vespa Wallpaper!)
My daughter has been a regular visitor of my blog since her feature here. In fact, she’s currently hooked on watching the stop/motion Vespa animation by Jack Salizzoni to the point of asking me to play it for her before she went to school this morning. I’m concerned that she’s turning out to be a Vespa addict more than me. Oh well, there’s no harm in that… or is there? 
The other day, she stormed into our room to show something she found while surfing and gaming via disneychannel-asia.com. The cause of her excitement turns out to be this:

ride: Vespa PX200 (in the movie – when she took the backride with Italian Popstar named Paolo) ; ET4 (on the promotional wallpaper above). Toon Lizzie (her animated alter-ego/inner thought) was also seen saddled on a Vespa in the movie

more about the rider: Mention “The Lizzie McGuire Movie” to those of have seen it, and the image of the lead character riding at the back of red Vespa buzzing its way to the cobblestone streets & allyways of Rome will be an picture not easily forgotten. The Lizzie McGuire Movie’s official website even has a interactive game for kids called “Lizzie’s Vespa Adventure.” It’s just too bad that my daughter and I can’t seem to access it. Anyway, I’ll end this by sharing with you Hillary Duff‘s “Why Not?” music video, which is included in the movie’s original soundtrack, which includes some snippets of the movie’s famous Vespa-ride scene.
