I always wear a helmet but it never touched the ground during the wreck. My jacket now looks well worn after less than a month but my body is well healed from the scrapes I got from it. I claim to say that the more padding and armour you wear[as long as you can properly function] the better off over all you will be.Helmet Jacket Jeans Gloves! Enjoy your ride.

I am one of those who does not wear helmet. Palusot ko kasi malapit lang naman pupuntahan ko.
