All roads lead to Angono for Vespa Jamboree!

The Angono Sccooter Boys are at it again. And the event this weekend (April 12 & 13) promises to be BIGGER and BETTER than last year’s Angono Round-Up. For one thing, Vespa riders have the option to camp out and stay overnight!

Here’s the itinerary they posted for the two-day event:

APRIL 12, 2008 (Saturday)

• BREAKFAST RIDE to SIERRA MADRE
7:00 am ~ Meet at SHELL Gas Station, Julia Vargas C5
8:00 am ~ Roll out to Sierra Madre, Breakfast/ Snack upon arrival there. (kkb)
( The route back is thru Tanay, Rizal then going to Angono)

• 10:00 am ~ MASS BLESSING OF SCOOTERS
at ST. CLEMENT PARISH CHURCH, Angono Rizal

• 11:00 am ~ Downtime at the Venue (ART CAMP)
(Konting relax, palamig, pictyuran, assembly, pahinga ng konti habang nag hihintay ng lunch)

• 12 noon LUNCHTIME!
Our MENU for the day:
Kaderetang Kambing, Papaitan Laman-loob ng Kambing, Kinilaw na Kambing, Sinampalukang Kambing, Ginisang Balaw-Balaw with talong, Fried Itik, Foie Gras/Paté, Adobong Bayag ng Itik, Ulo ng Itik, Sinigang na Bangus sa Miso, Inihaw na Liempo, Inihaw na Isda, Pancit. Sandamakmak na Kanin, Isang Drum ng malamig na malamig na serbesa, sopdrinks atbp.

•1:00 pm Onwards
Live Band Performance (bands: Coffee Break Island, Neighbors & Rub-a-dub!), Tugtugan, Socials, Raffles, Fun & Games, Basagan, Sayawan, 80’s Music, Party hanggang gabi!

The place is a covered multi-level function area. May roofdeck at may basement. There are Bathrooms, Bedrooms available in the place for those who will be staying overnight. Malaki ang lugar, but with limited beddings. Pero pwedeng matulog kahit saan. Pwede rin kayong magdala ng Sleeping Bag kung gusto nyo. Jamboree ito kaya boyscout style tayo. hehe.

ADVISORY:
IN ORDER TO RAISE A FUND FOR THE RENTAL OF THE VENUE AND SOUNDSYSTEM. WE WILL HUMBLY ASK EVERYONE A SUPPORT FEE OF P100 each upon registration pagdating natin sa Venue para may pambayad tayo sa Soundsystem at sa Reservation Fee ng Lugar. All names from the list of registrants will then be raffled and will have a chance to win exciting prizes!

And as usual, The ever reliable PIGGY BEER BANK will roam around para may pang serbesa at Pizza tayo.
